Congratulations to Amy Romberger, Nakia Hood, Cameron Henandez and Elvis Hernandez for winning four out of the nine awards given by the Pennsylvania Wildlife Federation in their state writing contest.

This is the second group of Camp Compass graduates. These students have completed more than three years of outdoor experiences. 2001

John Annoni is a MULTI nominee for the Disney American Teacher Awards. One of the few teachers to ever have this honor. 2001

John Annoni is named to the prestigious Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. This award comes from nominating students and is presented to teachers that have made an outstanding contribution to the quality of there lives. 2002

John was flown out to Reno, Nevada to accept the most recognizable conservation education honor from Safari Club International. 2000

The Pennsylvania Outdoor Writers Association recognizes the efforts of John and his staff by awarding the youth mentor award to him at their annual conference. This award is chosen by outdoor communicators from across Pennsylvania. 2001

The Pennsylvania Wildlife Federation name John Annoni their classroom educator of the year. John was nominated by three different counties for this award. This is the first time anyone has been nominated by multiple counties.
